MIAMI – Prosecutors filed a case with 13 charges against a 24-year-old man on Saturday in Miami-Dade County court over alleged crimes committed at a home in Miami’s Wynwood area.
Miami police officers arrested Frank Ivan Suarez-Gonzalez, and correctional officers booked him shortly after 11:35 p.m., on Friday at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

Correctional officers were holding Suarez-Gonzalez without bond on Saturday, and a bond court judge ordered him to stay away from two victims at 272 NW 35 St.
Suarez-Gonzalez was facing a charge of tampering with a witness, victim, or informant in a capital or life felony investigation.
Suarez-Gonzalez was also facing nine more felony charges of aggravated stalking, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, battery by strangulation, aggravated battery, armed burglary with assault or battery, strongarm robbery, attempted armed burglary, criminal mischief, and tampering with physical evidence.
Suarez-Gonzalez was also facing three misdemeanor charges of violating a protective injunction and two counts of providing false identification.
Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Cristina Miranda was set to preside over the case. Records show Suarez-Gonzalez’s next hearing was set for 9 a.m., on Monday.
