The shooting occurred around 5 p.m. on March 25 near the 1800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Authorities confirmed three other men, who they identified as Emmanuel Francois, 31, of Lauderhill, Nicolas Petenson, 30, of Pompano Beach, and Elijah Gustave, 21, of Pompano Beach, were also rushed to the hospital but survived.

Surveillance video captured the moments four victims scattered after shots were fired outside of the strip mall.

Moore was arrested 11 days later, and Robinson and Lowe were taken into custody the following day.

Neighbors expressed that violence in that area is constant.

Investigators confirmed all three suspects were booked at the BSO’s Main Jail where they are being held without bond.
