ā€œAllegedly Sir, you committed assault against a bus employee, allegedly you called her certain unsavory names, you threatened to shoot her and to F her up,ā€ Williams told Lewis in court.

Lewis faced a charge of assault, a second-degree misdemeanor. Williams ordered the ā€œhighest levelā€ of pre-trial release and ordered Lewis to stay away from the victim.

ā€œDo not return to that bus depot,ā€ Williams told Lewis. ā€œDo not go back there ... no contact with her.ā€

County records show Lewis was at the Broward County main jail in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday afternoon. Williams set his bond at $10,000.

Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
