DAVIE, Fla. – Cellphone video sent to Local 10 News captured a fight unfolding outside the David Posnack Jewish Community Center in Davie over the weekend.
Witnesses said it appears several pro-Palestine protesters attacked a man Sunday who was supporting Israel.
Davie police say the altercation is now under investigation and additional security was brought in to keep everyone safe.
The altercation happened while dueling rallies were taking place outside of the JCC property.
The protesters gathered while a gala for a Jewish agency was taking place inside.
The JCC says two members of Congress were in attendance.
Police say besides for that one fight, the two groups were peaceful.
