POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – An SUV was struck by a train Tuesday morning in Pompano Beach.
Sky 10 was above the area of Dixie Highway and Northeast 33rd Street shortly after 11 a.m. as a red SUV was spotted next to the train with heavy front-end damage.

It’s unclear whether the SUV was stopped on the tracks as the train was approaching or whether the driver tried to beat the train.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, no injuries were reported.
While road closures were in effect after the collision, all lanes have since reopened.
No other details were immediately released.
