HIALEAH GARDENS, Fla. – An investigation involving the U.S. Secret Service led detectives to discover “hundreds” of child sexual abuse videos on an online account associated with a Hialeah Gardens man, according to an arrest report. Miami-Dade police said some of the victims shown in the clips were “under the age of 4.”

Marco Puente, 55, is now facing 20 felony charges related to the possession and promotion of child sexual abuse material.

The arrest report states that Secret Service agents served a warrant Tuesday at Puente’s Hialeah workplace and contacted Miami-Dade police. It came after authorities issued a probable cause message after finding that he “was in control of a Google account reported for uploading child sexual abuse material,” police said.

Authorities said in an interview at the Hialeah Gardens Police Department, Puente confessed to possessing the videos and consented to a search of his personal device. Additionally, authorities said they found hundreds of videos on his Telegram account.

They said Puente had used the chat application to share “at least” 50 child sexual abuse videos.

Police described a portion of Puente’s alleged collection of clips in graphic detail; they depicted young boys and girls being raped or otherwise sexually abused by both men and women, the arrest report states.

Puente was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where he was being held on a $43,500 bond as of Wednesday afternoon.
