PLANTATION, Fla. – The defense and the prosecution in the Broward County drug case against a celebrity rapper focused on the legality of a white powder that turned out to be oxycodone and not cocaine as cops suspected.
Assistant State Attorney Jonathan Goodman and Attorney Bradford Cohen, who is representing Bill Kapri, stood next to the picture of a 2022 prescription pill bottle, according to The Sun Sentinel.

The defense alleged the oxy was prescribed to Kapri — better known as rapper Kodak Black — but Broward Circuit Judge Barbara Duffy decided not to rule on the case Friday.
The rapper, who is in federal detention in Miami, is facing charges of possession of oxycodone and tampering with evidence after his December arrest in Plantation.
