Family displaced after fire scorches Hallandale Beach home

A home in Hallandale Beach is left heavily damaged following a fire. (WPLG)

HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. – Three adults and two dogs have been displaced after a fire erupted overnight inside a Hallandale Beach home.

About 50 firefighters responded to the blaze at the corner of Northwest Third Avenue and Sixth Street.

Sky 10 was above the scene Wednesday morning after the fire was contained.

The home appeared to be heavily damaged with a partially collapsed roof.

No injuries were reported and no damage was reported to nearby properties.

The American Red Cross has been called to help those affected by the fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
