MARATHON, Fla. – Deputies in the Florida Keys say a Marathon man used his cellphone camera to record under a woman’s dress at Publix — but he was on camera too, leading to his arrest on a video voyeurism charge.
Lazaro M. Alonzo Martinez, 46, was arrested on Sunday.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the upskirt incident happened just before 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 8 at the Publix Super Market at Marathon, located at 5407 Overseas Highway.
MCSO spokesperson Adam Linhardt said the store manager showed deputies the footage of Alonzo Martinez taking the “pictures/video” under the 46-year-old victim’s dress while she shopped.
Deputies then obtained a warrant for Alonzo Martinez’s arrest.
He’s being held in MCSO’s Key West jail facility on a $75,000 bond, according to jail records, and is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 12.
