Multiple crews respond to house fire in Tamarac

TAMARAC, Fla. – Multiple fire rescue crews responded to a heavy blaze at a house in Tamarac Thursday morning.

Sky 10 flew over a home near the 4400 block of Northwest 44th Way around 11:15 a.m. where firefighters attempted to contain heavy smoke that was blowing out of the roof of the home.

Firefighters were seen working on the roof of the home and breaking holes inside it to gain access.

Authorities have not said if any injuries were reported due to the fire.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
