MIAMI – Miami police arrested a man on multiple felony charges Tuesday after accusing him of lewd behavior with a 9-year-old girl at a Christmas Eve party in the city’s Spring Garden neighborhood.
Authorities said Santiago Rodolfo, described in an arrest report as a “family friend,” showed the young girl pornography and made her touch his penis at around 7 p.m. on the holiday.

The report states that the girl told a relative that Rodolfo, 44, showed her a video on his phone of “a naked man and a woman doing something” but “did not know the name of what they were doing on the video.”
Police said she also told her father that Rodolfo “grabbed her hand and placed it on his private parts” over his clothing.
Authorities responded soon after and began an investigation.
That probe, the report states, included a forensic interview of the girl, who confirmed that Rodolfo “indeed showed her pornographic videos, attempted to touch her vagina and forced her to touch his penis over the clothes.”
Following that interview Tuesday, police took Rodolfo into custody on counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child under 12, attempted lewd and lascivious molestation on a child under 12, lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under 16 and showing a minor obscene material.
Rodolfo, who is homeless, was being held without bond in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Wednesday afternoon.
