ALLAPATTAH, Fla. – A 37-year-old man appeared in Miami-Dade County court on Tuesday accused of shooting at five people during a road rage incident in Allapattah.
Carlos Valdivia, of Hollywood, was in a blue Toyota Prius at about 10:20 p.m., on Dec. 23, when he fired a gun at the group near the intersection of Northwest 15 Street and 17 Avenue, according to the arrest report.

After Valdivia shot a male minor in the abdomen, and a female in the lower left leg, a police officer found three spent .9mm casings on the ground, according to police.
About a week later, officers with the Pinecrest Police Department found Valdivia near the intersection of Southwest 120 Street at South Dixie Highway, according to police.
Officers later arrested Valdivia at about 3 a.m., and correctional officers booked him at about 10:15 a.m., on Dec. 30, at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where he remained on Tuesday without bond.
Valdivia is facing three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, two counts of attempted felony murder with a deadly weapon, and firearm discharge from a vehicle.
