MCSO deputies were called to the Winn-Dixie parking lot in Key Largo just before 1:30 a.m. after receiving a disturbance call.

The 55-year-old male victim stated Justice hit him repeatedly in the face and pointed a knife at his neck while he was attempting to drive, according to Linhardt.
