HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Police responded to an armed carjacking in Hollywood that they say left two suspects behind bars.
It happened sometime Tuesday evening near the 900 block of Hillcrest Drive.
Hollywood police said officers in the area located the stolen vehicle and were able to stop it near Washington and 56th Ave.
Two suspects were taken into custody and a gun was located at the crime scene, according to HPD spokesperson Deanna Bettineschi.
It is unclear if anyone was injured during the incident.
Police have not released the age, gender or identities of the suspects at this time.
