MIAMI LAKES, Fla. – A group of police officers surrounded a car on Friday morning on a Palmetto Expressway ramp in Miami-Dade County.
The police cars lined up on the State Road 826 ramp to connect Miami Lakes Drive.
There was a traffic alert later on Interstate 95 southbound in Broward County and the Golden Glades area in Miami-Dade County.
