KEY WEST, Fla. – A teenager in Monroe County is under arrest, accused of stabbing a young woman in Key West.
According to the Monroe County State Attorney, two 17-year-olds went to the home of the 19-year-old victim.
During an argument over pictures shared via text, the victim was stabbed in the back and stomach with a knife the 17-year-olds brought with them, authorities said.
She was airlifted to Jackson South Medical Center.
There has been no update on the health status of the victim.
Authorities have not released the identity of the victim or the teen who was arrested.
