‘Coming to get you’: Cops seek man caught on camera puncturing tires in Hallandale Beach

HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. – Authorities in Broward County are looking for a man who was seen on surveillance video slashing tire after tire along a Hallandale Beach street.

“We woke up, every car has flat tires,” resident Kim Dariel said.

Police believe the suspect hit nearly 20 cars parked along Bedford Avenue at around 2 a.m. Wednesday.

“We’re talking about a lot of cars, 18 cars, I believe it was 31 ties total,” Hallandale Beach police Officer Carolyn Rose said.

Police said they’re taking the incident seriously.

“We’re not tolerating it,” Grace Mariot, the police department’s chief of staff, said. “We are coming to get you.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
