MARATHON, Fla. – An argument over weed ended in a 37-year-old man facing multiple felonies in the Florida Keys Tuesday afternoon, according to deputies.

There, he said a neighbor reported that Justin Michael O’Hara “grabbed her and threw her during an argument over marijuana smoke near (his) window.”

She suffered minor injuries, authorities said.

Linhardt said O’Hara also resisted deputies, who had to use a Taser to subdue him.

He was arrested on one count of battery on a law enforcement officer, four counts of resisting an officer with violence and one count of misdemeanor battery.
