Woman shot in Lauderhill, all parties involved detained for questioning

LAUDERHILL, Fla. – A woman was rushed to the hospital Thursday morning after being shot in Lauderhill, authorities confirmed.

According to Lauderhill police, the shooting was reported shortly after midnight in the 1400 block of Northwest 31st Avenue.

Police said officers arrived at the scene to find a woman who was suffering from a single gunshot wound.

She was transported to Broward Health Medical Center where she was treated for non life-threatening injuries.

According to police, everyone involved in the shooting was detained for questioning and no suspects are at large.

No arrests have been made at this time.
