MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. ā A 33-year-old man was arrested Tuesday, more than two months after he allegedly beat and sexually battered a woman in southwest Miami-Dade, authorities said.
The incident allegedly occurred early in the morning on the Fourth of July.

According to the suspectās arrest report, the victim met up with Bronell King around 12:45 a.m. in the 17000 block of Homestead Avenue to return a food stamp card that he had given her.
Miami-Dade police said the woman was sitting in her vehicle while King was standing outside the car.
The victim told police that King got angry when she wanted to leave and punched her several times in the face.
According to the arrest report, King snatched the womanās phone from her as she was making a call and threw it on the floorboard.
The victim told police that she jumped to the passenger side of her vehicle in an effort to get away from King, but he then got into her car through the driverās side window and continued to hit her.
Police said King also tried to take the womanās purse and car keys as she fought with him in an effort to prevent him from taking her property.
According to the report, the victim told police King then placed her in a headlock and sexually battered her.
Police said King was taken into custody Tuesday and provided a confession to detectives, however his full statement was redacted from the publicly released report.
King faces charges of sexual battery, strong-arm robbery and burglary with assault or battery.
As of Wednesday, King was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center without bond.
