The report states that Chovajay-Noj entered the 20-year-old victim’s home near the 1700 block of Northwest 87th Avenue just before midnight Saturday to confront her about being pregnant.

After entering the woman’s home and sitting down on her bed, police said Chovajay-Noj began to touch her.

An arrest report stated the victim’s family was not aware she was pregnant and that he told her to agree to his “sexual advances” or he would tell her family about the pregnancy.

After the victim refused to have sex with Chovajay-Noj, he then pinned her down on the bed and got on top of her, the report stated.

Police said after pinning the victim down, Chovajay-Noj put one of his hands under the victim’s shorts and touched her vagina.

According to the report, the victim began to yell, which prompted a neighbor to call the police.

Authorities said the victim was able to escape and run outside, which led Chovajay-Noj to flee the scene in his vehicle.

According to the report, Chovajay-Noj later called MDPD’s Special Victims Bureau/Sexual Crimes Unit and advised that he wanted to come in and talk to detectives about the incident.

Detectives said Chovajay-Noj admitted to the victim’s allegations and was arrested.

According to jail records, he was released from the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center after posting a $7,500 bond.
