Firefighters in Hialeah deliver baby boy

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Hialeah firefighters made an extra special delivery last week.

The department posted on its Facebook page about rescue workers who helped deliver a baby.

According to the post, a couple came to Hialeah Fire Station 9, located in the annex area of the city, asking for help after the woman went into labor.

The crew jumped into action, safely bringing the baby boy into the world.

Both baby James and his mother were taken to a nearby hospital for further care.
