Horrorland Miami:

When the sun goes down Friday, Horrorland Miami will come alive until late Monday night. The promise for ticket holders is a 15,000 square foot journey designed to prey on phobias with “devilish dens” and “lurid lairs.”

The attraction opens from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., at Jungle Island.

Tickets on Eventbrite range from about $49 to about $89. The box office at the park opens at 6 p.m. Organizers require a signed waiver. They also recommend parents allow only teens who are at least 13 years old.

NoMi Uncorked:

For those looking for a less frightening event, the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (NMCRA) will have its first NoMi Uncorked event Friday night, which will “feature the best of professional wine tasting, local business networking, and a special Halloween-themed evening for the community to enjoy.”

The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at MOCA Plaza, 770 NE 125th Street, North Miami.

The event is free.

Halloween Weekend at the Miracle Theatre:

Kids in costume will receive a free ticket with each paid adult to the 2 p.m. matinees of Charlotte’s Web when purchased online or at the Box Office with the promo code: SPIDERWEB.

There will also be a costume parade, character greetings and a “Disney on Broadway” presentation by the Musical Miracles.
