NEW YORK – Two officers in New York City saved a 25-year-old woman’s life this week after she fell onto Subway tracks just minutes before a train arrived.
According to authorities, the woman suffered a medical episode before she fell on the tracks Monday morning in Brooklyn.

Bodycam footage shows two officers witnessing the fall and running over to help the woman.
One of the officers jumped on the tracks, picked up the woman and handed her over to the second officer to get her back onto the platform.
The officer that had jumped onto the tracks then quickly grabbed the woman’s sandals and other belongings before hoisting himself back onto the platform.
According to the New York Post, the woman was taken to a hospital to be treated for a head injury. She is expected to be OK.
