According to the suspect’s arrest report, the victim was cleaning a room when Chimeziem Oguh appeared in the doorway.

The victim told police that she asked Oguh if he needed something, and he responded, “I need you.”

According to his arrest report, Oguh then pushed the victim onto the bed facedown and demanded that she take off her clothes.

Miami-Dade police said the victim struggled with Oguh and he placed his hand over her mouth to prevent her from screaming.

The two fell to the floor and the victim bit Oguh on the left hand.

Oguh then punched her in the abdomen and fled the scene, authorities said.

Police said Oguh was located across the street from the hotel and was taken into custody.

Police said he invoked his right to remain silent and is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
