MIAMI – A violent crash injured one person overnight in Miami.
It happened early Saturday morning along Northwest 2nd Avenue and 29th Street.
According to police, a black Jeep and a Chevrolet SUV collided, leaving one person trapped inside their vehicle.
Firefighters had to use heavy equipment to extract the victim from their car.
Police said that person is recovering from serious injuries.
There has been no word on who was at fault or if any charges were pending.
