HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – A Thursday evening chase started in Hallandale Beach and ended in Hollywood after a driver was spotted inside a stolen car, police said.
The driver of the stolen car sideswiped a police car on the passenger side at 21st Avenue and Jackson Street in Hollywood, police said.
According to Capt. Ra Shana Dabney-Donovan, a spokesperson for the Hallandale Beach Police Department, the chase ended at Sheridan Street and Park Avenue.
Dabney-Donovan said the chase ended with the help of the Hollywood Police Department.
No other details about the suspect were immediately released.
