LAUDERHILL, Fla. – A man accused of fatally shooting another man after an argument at a McDonald's has been arrested, Lauderhill police said.

The shooting happened about 7 p.m. Friday at the McDonald's on West Oakland Boulevard.

Police said Javaris Domineck, 21, was shot and killed in the incident.

Witnesses told police that Domineck (pictured, above) was involved in some sort of argument with another man. The argument led to Domineck being shot at least one time and collapsing on the floor of the restaurant, police said.

Detectives identified the gunman as Khambrel Grant, 21. Police said he was found and arrested about 5 p.m. Sunday at U.S. Highway 441 and West Oakland Park Boulevard.

Grant faces a charge of second-degree murder.
