MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A flood watch remained in effect from Monroe to Palm Beach counties Sunday until 8 p.m. There were reports of flooding in Hialeah.
Miami Beach was dry Sunday morning, but there was flooding Saturday. Lincoln Road was still busy with shoppers who were ready to walk through flooded areas.

"You see people walking around with water deep up to their knees," Jordan Kay said.
Meteorologists were watching Invest92L, the disturbance lingering over Florida for days and organizing in the Atlantic, issued a tropical storm watch for portions of the Carolinas.
As the system brought rain to South Florida, authorities from Georgia to Virginia were preparing for rain.
