PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A small plane made a crash landing Tuesday morning at North Perry Airport in Pembroke Pines.
The single-engine Cessna was in the grass median next to the runway.
According to Federal Aviation Administration records, the plane is registered to the Delaware Trust Company in Wilmington, Delaware.
The FAA released a statement saying the plane veered off the runway after landing shortly before 10 a.m.
One person on the plane was taken by ambulance to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood as a precaution.
