DESTIN, Fla. – A news conference about fishing in the state of Florida was interrupted on Monday when a protestor started yelling.
It’s not clear what the protestor said, but it was enough to get Governor Ron DeSantis to stop and respond.
“Even with having that type of thing, we’ve all... hey, hey, we’ve got a good, that’s a fraud, you should be ashamed of yourself for peddling those bogus narratives,” said DeSantis.
DeSantis went on to announce that Florida has given the go-ahead for the longest ever red snapper season. People will be able to fish for gulf red snapper for 126 days this year.
