According to Volusia County Sheriff’s deputies Evelina Fabianski, 18, and a 16-year-old friend admitted to the vandalism after Fabianski said she was upset with her ex-boyfriend on Wednesday.
Deputies said the vehicle in question, in the Deltona area, turned out to be a neighbor’s car and not her ex-boyfriend’s car.
An empty bottle of Crown Royal and an empty can of yellow spray paint was also recovered at the scene, according to deputies.
Fabianski faces charges of criminal mischief, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of alcohol under 21, and driving under the influence.
