A nearly 10-foot-long great white named Danny pinged in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Hollywood on Sunday.
The good folks at the shark-tracking outfit Ocearch tagged and released Danny off Jacksonville last month.
Since then, the sub-adult male great white swam about 20 miles a day due south for our warmer waters.
Danny is 9-feet, 6-inches long and weighs 462 pounds.
Many great whites escape the cold north for south Florida during this time of the year.
