OCALA, Fla. – A man is facing voyeurism charges for allegedly recording young girls at a Walmart in Ocala.
According to Ocala Police, security footage from the store showed Joshua Gaines, 32, secretly recording young female shoppers at a store on Aug. 9.

Police said he aimed the camera to capture video of the children’s private areas and most of his actions occurred in the back-to-school section.
According to a police report, Gaines had already been trespassed from Walmart since August 2023 for secretly recording young girls in the store and he knew he was not allowed to return to the location.
Investigators said Gaines had a GoPro camera and two cellular devices in his possession. Another search warrant found hundreds of images of child pornography as young as approximately six years of age.
Gaines is facing 10 charges of digital voyeurism and 403 charges of possession of child pornography.
