ORLANDO, Fla. – A woman who was seen pulling her pants down on a Florida flight last year will now face federal charges.
According to court records released on Tuesday, Dulce Huertas, 60, pulled her pants down on Nov. 20, 2023, on a Frontier Airlines flight departing from Orlando.

An FBI agent said a flight attendant saw Huertas get out of her seat and said, “I have to pee” and then began yelling and cursing.
A flight attendant told officers Huertas was served two alcoholic drinks on the flight bound to Philadelphia.
According to records, Huertas said: “Sorry, everybody,” and pulled her pants and underwear down as she squatted as if to urinate in the aisle. Huertas displayed her anus and genitalia. (Notably, there were children nearby.)
Huertas faces federal charges of indecent exposure, assault, and interfering with flight crew members.
Huertas was released on bond.
