MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – South Florida rapper Kodak Black is facing more legal troubles after an employee at a northwest Miami-Dade strip club accused him of kicking and punching her.
The rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, appeared in court Tuesday because of the allegations, although he has yet to be formally charged.

The Florida Department of Corrections claims that Octave violated terms of his probation because he did not get permission to go to Club Climaxx on Feb. 2.
A woman who works at the club at 12001 NW 27th Ave. told officers that Octave approached her and started "acting belligerent," so she told him to "back off."
According to an incident report, Octave hit Jennifer Cunningham, 34, in the forehead with his right arm.
She told police that she pushed Octave away, and he punched her numerous times all over her body, then kicked her.
Cunningham, whom the Sun-Sentinel reports is a bartender at the club, said she continued working after the incident and called police.
She told officers that there are surveillance cameras inside the club.
Octave is currently out on bond after he was accused of sexually assaulting a fan last year in a hotel room in South Carolina, where he was performing.
He faces up to 30 years in prison if he is convicted.
Octave's probation violation hearing is scheduled for April 19.
