According to a West Palm Beach police probable cause affidavit, a woman was attending a concert Saturday at the Ford stage when someone pulled her hair, pushed her to the ground and stole her iPhone.

The woman got up and saw the man walking away from her, so she flagged down some nearby police officers, who detained the man, later identified as Torres.

During a search of Torres' backpack, officers found about 30 cellphones, police said. There were also four phones in Torres' front shorts pocket, including the woman's iPhone, police said.

The woman told police that she saw Torres close to her during the concert and felt that he was "watching" her.
