According to an arrest report, the victim told police that she was lying on top of her blankets against a wall when she was awakened by Tony Prado, who tapped her on her leg.

Police said Prado was masturbating in front of the victim and told her that he "just needed to ejaculate."

Police said Prado told the victim he had a gun in his pants and ordered her to take off her leggings.

The victim complied with Prado's orders because she was in fear of being shot, the report said.

Police said Prado raped the woman and did not use a condom.

The woman told detectives that the rape happened for five to seven minutes and believes that Prado stopped after becoming startled by someone passing by on a bicycle.

She said Prado then walked to his bike and rode away.

Since the woman does not have a cellphone, she walked a half block to Finnegan's Road and asked someone at the restaurant to call 911 for her.

Police detained Prado in the 1600 block of Alton Road.

The victim identified him as the man who raped her, and he was arrested on an armed sexual battery charge.
