The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the toys may pose a choking hazard for children.
One deadly incident involved a 2-year-old child in 2018 in New Mexico, and the other involved a 9-month-old child in 2015 in Japan.
Officials urge parents to immediately take the toys away from children and contact the company to receive a replacement.
It’s unclear what took so long for a recall to be issued.
