WEST PARK, Fla. – Detectives are investigating a murder-suicide Sunday night at a home in West Park.
Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Miranda Grossman said deputies were called to the home on Southwest 36th Court about 9:30 p.m.

When deputies arrived, they found a man laying in the front yard with a gun next to him on the grass and an unresponsive woman in the front passenger seat of a car parked outside.
They were taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood and pronounced dead.
Grossman said the woman was sitting in the car when the man walked up to her and shot her. Grossman said the man then shot himself.
