PINECREST, Fla. – A man is dead after a power line fell on a truck Thursday in Pinecrest, authorities said.
Authorities were called to 6282 SW 98 St. and found the man dead.
Sky 10 was flying above the charred truck that belonged to the tree trimmers.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said two people inside the truck jumped out and one of them touched the power line.
Pinecrest residents were left in the dark as authorities investigated the electrocution.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating.
