FORT LAUDERDALE – Authorities found a dead body on Saturday morning floating in the Intracoastal Waterway just south of Commercial Boulevard.
Fort Lauderdale police Detective Tracy Figone said the body - a white man between 30 to 35 years old - was discovered by neighbors around 11 a.m.
Witnesses said the man was pulled from the water with his clothes and shoes still on.
Figone said police were still trying to determine how long the body had been in the water and how the man died.
