According to a Boynton Beach police report, Riddick fatally shot Derrick Barber on Labor Day evening outside a convenience store at 119 NE 10th Ave.
Police said Riddick's twin brother, Kunta Kinte Riddick, and Barber had been fighting in the parking lot when Kelcey Riddick shot the 35-year-old man.
Detectives said surveillance video from the store showed Kelcey Riddick pull the trigger. Detectives said they were able to differentiate Kelcey Riddick from his brother because the suspect had a full sleeve of tattoos on his left arm.
A confidential informant told police that the shooter's twin brother and Barber were feuding over Barber's child's mother, Latavia Edwards.
When detectives interviewed Edwards, the 26-year-old woman told them she had been "talking" with Kunta Kinte Riddick, but she got back with Barber about a week ago.
Kelcey Riddick was being held without bond at the main Palm Beach County jail.
Kunta Kinte Riddick was arrested Sept. 10 on multiple drug charges.
