DUBAI – A massive fire has engulfed a high-rise building in Dubai as onlookers watched in awe as it burned.
The Sun reports The Torch Tower residential building in the United Arab Emirates was the building on fire Thursday night.

The building is reportedly near the Dubai marina.
Debris could be seen falling from the building as flames lit up the side of the tower.
The fire was reminiscent of a similar blaze at a Dubai luxury hotel on New Year's Eve in 2015.
