MIAMI – Police are investigating after a bailiff's uniform was reported stolen last week from the Miami-Dade County Courthouse.
According to an incident report obtained Tuesday by Local 10 News, the theft was reported about 2 pm. Friday at the courthouse at 73 W. Flagler St.
Police said the 27-year-old bailiff told them that the thief must have stolen the uniform between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. Friday.
He said the uniform was stolen from the jury room of Courtroom 5-2.
