Family asks for help, answers after loved one found shot to death on Dolphin Expressway

Keith Rolle's body found in 2012 Nissan Altima on side of highway

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – It's been nearly a month since police found Keith Rolle’s body on the Dolphin Expressway.

Rolle, 40, had been shot to death, and his body was found in his 2012 Nissan Altima, which was parked on the side of the highway between the Southwest 57th Street and LeJeune Road exits.

"A lovable father, he was kind (and kept) you laughing," Denise Rolle said about her nephew. "It hurts."

Loved ones said the father of two was on his way to work at LIV in Miami Beach when he was fatally shot.

"If he had any enemies, the family didn't have knowledge of it," Denise Rolle said. "Somebody knows something. It couldn't have just happened."

Family members are asking the community for help.

"Somebody out there knows something. Somebody knows what happened that night," Denise Rolle said. "You don't have to say who you are. Just any lead. We need something to go on."

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
