Armed trio arrested in Miami Beach walks out of jail

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – The trouble in Miami Beach started when Artur Shaback, 28, walked out to the balcony with a rifle in hand, according to police. 

His friend Ivan Suhharev, 28, was taking pictures of him on Friday, police said. Both have pictures with rifles on social media. 

After several witnesses reported seeing masked men armed with a rifle, authorities surrounded the Del Rio apartments, 1100 Collins Ave. Federal agents were at the scene. 

After getting the reports  and setting up a perimeter, police caught Schaback, Suhharev and their friend Mohamed Azab Yousseff, 39. 

Inside the apartment where they were staying, there was a switch blade, an AR-15 with 500 rounds of ammunition, a box with drug materials, and containers with suspected hashish and cocaine, police said.

On Facebook, there is a photo of the three traveling in Spain earlier this year. They claim to be from Estonia, a country bordering Russia. Shaback and Suhharev claim to live in Las Vegas and Yousseff, 39, claims to live in New York. 

While Suhharev claims he studied at the Tallinn University of Technology, Shaback posted a photo in front of a sign advertising a peer to peer Bitcoin (digital currency) market place. The photo's caption: "Great to be part of emerging tech" at Pier 92 in New York. 

Yousseff wrote on Facebook that he is an "entrepreneur, natural philosopher, believer" and a friend referred to him as "the flyest gangsta."

Yousseff faces charges of hashish and cocaine possession with the intent to distribute. Schaback and Suhharev face charges of improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon or firearm.
