Miami police said Rodriguez was responsible for stealing hundreds of dollars' worth of beer Wednesday from a Publix and a Winn-Dixie.
According to an arrest affidavit, Rodriguez walked out of a Publix on Southwest First Avenue without paying for more than $150 worth of Corona beers. As he left, Rodriguez dropped his phone, and the store manager gave it to police.
