With all of the precincts reported, IsraelĀ finished with nearly 65 percent of the votes.Ā

Israel beat out three of his rivals despite critics claiming he misused funding to create a political machine through community outreach programs and neglected the security of the county courthouse to pay for it.Ā

Ā

Willie Jones, a former BSOĀ sergeant, followed with about 18 percent and Jim Fondo, a former district chief for BSO, with 12 percent.Ā
