According to the police report, Harrison demanded that her brother take out the garbage. The boy accidentally put on his sister's shoes to take care of the chore.
Harrison demanded her brother remove the shoes. When he did, she threw one of the shoes at the boy as he was walking out.
Harrison then locked the boy out of the house while he was at the trash bin.
A maintenance employee was able to open the door to the apartment and leave the boy inside.
Harrison's brother says she physically pushed him and demanded he get out of the apartment, and if he didn't she would get her taser.
While Harrison retrieved her taser, the boy grabbed a kitchen knife as he told police that he knew his sister had the device and had previously threatened their mother.
Upon her return, Harrison "sparked" the taser, causing her brother to run outside.
Officers were called to the scene and found Harrison trying to leave the apartment through the backyard. Police say she was uncooperative and said she was not responsible for her brother and that he could take care of himself.
When police searched Harrison, they found the taser device and a small bag containing marijuana.
Along with the aggravated assault charge, Harrison was also booked on possession charges for the marijuana.
